Joseph Klein

Joseph (“Joey”) Klein was born in New York City, New York on March 5, 1956. He moved to Los Angeles when he was 2 years old and has never left. He has played and loved baseball since he was 5 years old. He received his under-graduate degree in accounting from the University of Southern California in 1978. He then went to USC Law School and received his JD and Masters of Business Taxation in 1982. He has been an attorney for the past 25 years.

Joey started representing baseball players in 1992. He has handled several arbitrations and free agent signings. He has negotiated almost $30 million of contracts for Jose Lima, as well as, numerous endorsement deals, including several television commercials. Joey has also represented many players in the first year draft. He has had very good working relationships with all of the general managers and directors of player personnel. Joey also has extensive contacts with the independent leagues.

He has been married to Wendy for 16 years, and they have 2 beautiful children, Rachel (13 years) and Joshua (2 years). They live in Los Angeles, California.

Joey has always loved baseball and understands the game and the players needs. He is not only a trusted advisor to his players, but he becomes their best friend.

Santiago Perez

Santiago Alberto Perez was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on December 30, 1975. His real love for baseball started at the age of 12, when he started playing alongside his brother Jhonny (who has also played professionally with the Astros and Tigers organizations). He signed right out of high school at the age of 17 with the Detroit Tigers, and played 2 years in the Dominican before coming to the U.S. He has had the opportunity to play for several organizations, including the Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, and Cincinnati Reds. In 2000 and 2001, Santiago played in the majors with both the Brewers and the Padres. Santiago also enjoyed playing winter ball in the Dominican Republic from 1998 to 2003.

He has been married to Julianne for 8 years, and they have 2 beautiful children, D'Angelo (6 years) and Jacob (2 years). They live in Mesa, Arizona, but spend time in the Dominican Republic as well.

Santiago has developed a strong love of baseball, and is excited to help other players reach their dreams and beyond. With determination, strength, and dedication, he can help make these dreams a reality.
